Family-run out of Fremont, NH and Methuen, MA. We started Sig's Kitchen because the BBQ around us either tasted like a microwave or like an apology. We slow-smoke everything on real wood — brisket, ribs, pulled pork, custom-flavor sausage — and we show up where the people are: backyards, breweries, festivals, the Saturday lot in Methuen.
When you book us, you get the brothers, the smoker, and the sides. No third-party crew. No swap-out. The food on your plate is the food we cook.
